Entry into retail with a mall and multiplex in Thane & Nagpur.
Ventured into the education sector and launched their first school - RBK Education Institution at Mira Road, a co-educational English medium school affiliated to the council for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE), New Delhi.
This year marked the prestigious venture with a chain of luxurious multiplexes under the banner of ‘Cinemax’.
The Group started the township project in Mira Road which included 60 Buildings, a Mall, School, College, Multiplex and Shopping centres. And also as a part of the CSR activity contributed to a police station, mayor’s bungalow, commissioner’s bungalow and a public garden.
Under the stewardship of two dynamic stalwarts, Mr. Rasesh Kanakia (Chairman) & Mr. Himanshu Kanakia (Managing Director), the first project was launched in Kandivali amidst great fanfare.
